Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1. Metal Frame Issues (Replacement Policy) Our artworks are often paired with premium metal frames. Due to the nature of international shipping, minor scratches or slight bending of the metal frame may occasionally occur.
Our Solution: In these instances, we do not offer a full return or refund of the artwork. Instead, we will promptly ship a replacement frame to you at no additional cost.
2. Artwork Damage (Refund & Full Replacement Policy) Our refund policy specifically covers significant damage to the actual painting/canvas that renders the piece unrepairable or unusable.
Qualifying Damage: This includes major canvas tears, holes, or severe pigment loss that impacts the integrity of the artwork.
Our Solution: If the artwork itself is confirmed as irreparably damaged, we will offer a full replacement or a refund.
3. Evidence Required To process any claim regarding frames or the artwork, we require:
Photos of the external packaging (showing any visible damage to the box).
Clear, close-up photos of the damage (frame or canvas).
Your order number.
Return Shipping & Addresses
For Damaged Goods: If the artwork arrived damaged, you are not required to bear any return shipping fees.
For Non-Quality Issues (e.g., incorrect size selection, change of mind): The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Items must be returned directly to our designated international fulfillment center at the following address:

Please note: For returns due to non-quality issues such as incorrect sizing, the consumer is fully responsible for the international shipping fees to our designated international warehouse, as well as any applicable depreciation and handling fees.
